Return and Refund Policy

 

We will refund or replace, at no extra cost, any product which has been damaged in transit, providing you notify us by telephone within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Please do not return any goods until you have received a returns number from us, and please ensure that you retain proof of posting.

 

We will refund the value of your order for goods lost in transit if it is established that the address details on the parcel were correctly entered at the time of placing the order. You must notify us by telephone within 14 days of placing your order with us, that you have not received your order.

 

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, please telephone us on 0207 708 2858 or e-mail info@velvetseason.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or exchange. We do ask that you return the goods to us, in the original packing, unopened and unused and obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery. Please note that we cannot refund postage & packing, insurance or delivery charges. Items must be in perfect condition, unopened and suitable for re-sale. We must be informed by telephone if you wish to return a product within 14 days of the goods having been purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods.

 

Cancellation of Order

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within 7 working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should first e-mail info@velvetseason.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number, and then once a reply has been received the goods should be returned to us in their original packing and in their original condition. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. If you do not return the goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
